My services are not limited to a simple business transaction. Translators work constantly at the crossroads of different cultures. There are several actors, translators, interpreters, and languages all evolving in a single world! I endeavour to respect these differences.

Being a translator does not necessarily mean working alone: as an active member of the Société Française des Traducteurs (SFT) , the French trade union for professional translators, I move around the world of translation in France and abroad taking part regularly in meetings and training courses to enrich my professional skills and exchange with my colleagues.

Working with my colleagues allows me to offer my clients a wide range of skills and linguistic combinations and to participate in large projects which I could not handle alone.

Thus, with a single contact person, the client is able to communicate in many other languages and travel anywhere around the world.

NETWORK WITH ITALY

Since the beginning of 2018, I have been coordinating with an Italian colleague the Franco-Italian network, Rete FI  This network was created in 2010 by SFT and its sister association, the Italian Association of Translators and Interpreters (Associazione Italiana Traduttori e Interpreti), AITI . AITI was founded in 1950. It is the very first association of translators and interpreters in Italy and is the largest.

Like the SFT, AITI promotes the continuing professional development of translators and interpreters, as well as their observance of a Code of Professional Ethics and Conduct.
