Mediator-Interpreter Public Services

My training as a Mediator-Interpreter in Public Services enables me to play an essential bridging role between institutions and foreign persons in vulnerable situations, with limited or no command of French.

I work in administrative and social contexts (hospitals, government agencies, schools), humanitarian settings (associations, NGOs) as well as asylum-related contexts (OFPRA, CNDA).

My missions: • Providing interpretation during administrative, social or medical interviews • Promoting clear and precise mutual understanding • Clarifying cultural references that may influence exchanges • Preventing misunderstandings and reducing tensions linked to language barriers.

I work with rigour and compassion to ensure clear communication, respectful of rights, promoting mutual understanding and quality dialogue between all parties.
